Reading, using the Headspace app and looking for new recipes to try. I’m also an active volunteer for the charity, Independent Age.

Are there any sports personalities you admire?

Having read Victoria Pendleton’s and Marcus Trescothick’s autobiographies, I have a great deal of respect for what they went through personally and still achieved such great success in their sport.

Proudest hockey moment

Captaining the England U21s to fourth place at the Junior World Cup in Monchengladbach, Germany, in 2013.
